Owens Corning Duration with SureNail technology or CertainTeed Landmark with NailTrak for reliable fastening in high-wind zones. Both meet ASTM D3462 and carry Class A fire ratings per UL 790. In Arizona, we recommend the high-wind versions rated to ASTM D7158 Class H, which is 130 mph wind warranty. Full system install qualifies for Owens Corning Preferred Protection or CertainTeed SureStart Plus warranty.

TPO single-ply membrane in 60-mil or 80-mil thickness, fully adhered or mechanically attached over minimum R-25 polyiso insulation. Hot-air welded seams tested with a probe at every joint. We install per NRCA and manufacturer specifications with tapered ISO insulation creating minimum 1/4" per foot positive drainage. Ponding water is the number one cause of flat roof failure in Chloride. Tapered insulation eliminates it. FM 4473 rated systems available for hail-prone areas. Fully warranted by Carlisle, Firestone, or GAF.

We install Carlisle SynTec and Firestone TPO membrane systems in 60-mil and 80-mil thickness over minimum R-25 polyiso insulation (more in climate zones requiring it). Seams hot-air welded at 900°F+ and tested with a seam probe. Fully adhered systems for wind uplift zones per FM I-90 or I-120. Mechanically attached for re-roofs over existing insulation. NRCA member, trained per manufacturer specifications.

Half-round copper gutters with round downspouts are the premium install for historic and high-end homes in Chloride. We solder every joint on-site with 50/50 tin-lead solder. Copper weathers to a green patina in Arizona's climate over 5-7 years. For modern aluminum installs, we use Spectra Metals .027 gauge seamless stock in 25+ color options with Raytec hidden hangers rated to 25 lbs per linear foot of combined debris and ice load.

Annual inspections catch small problems early. A cracked pipe boot is a $150 repair. A year of water leaking through that crack causes $3,000+ in ceiling, insulation, and drywall damage. We recommend an inspection every 2-3 years for newer roofs, annually for roofs over 15 years.
